Introductory Predoc Course
The Introductory Predoc Course introduces our PhD students to the wealth of research questions, methods and approaches that are available within the DIPP. PhD students are strongly encouraged to think beyond individual research fields and cross disciplinary boundaries through interaction and cooperation.
Each PhD student can choose four one-week practicals from a wide variety of offers, with
(i) at least one practical being belonging to the track the PhD student is affiliated to, and
(ii) at least one that is offered by another track.
Each practical includes an introduction to the topic, practical work and tutorials. All first-year PhD students participate in the Predoc Course.
